Submission Guidelines
The manuscript should be formatted in IEEE style format. The camera-ready version for an accepted paper should not exceed 5 pages. Manuscripts that exceed 5 pages will incur mandatory over length page charges (maximum 2 extra pages).

Please note that double blind review process will be used. The manuscript should follow the following criteria:
- The names and affiliations of authors should be removed from the title page.
- Acknowledgments of identifying names and funding sources should be removed.
